You can book a trip in 3 steps:
- Trip details, where you need to fill trip related information
- Quotes selection, where you select the most suitable offer
- Finalise booking, where you specify passenger and payment* details
* If your organisation’s payment method is a corporate card, you will be prompted to provide payment details; if it is an invoice, no payment details will be asked.
To start a booking, follow the “Book a trip” option in the header.
On this first step you specify the pick-up location (From) and the drop-of location (To).
Select “Now” for immediate requests and “Later” for scheduled bookings.
Click “Get quotes” to go to the next step.
This step lists all available options matching your criteria.
Use one or more filters to narrow down the list. Click the “Clear” link to reset them.
Click “See more details” to unveil more information about the service and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Click “Select” to go to the last step of the booking.
Edit trip details
Click “Edit your trip” to change the current trip details.
Click “Update Quotes” to display the quotes for the updated trip.
Finalise your booking
“Confirm and pay” button finalises the booking after you have filled in all required information (marked with red asterisk) and accepted Terms and Conditions.
At this step your booking is completed and confirmation email is sent to your group agency mailbox.
You can now either create a new booking by clicking on “Book another trip” or proceed to the page where all the details of the current booking are displayed - “Trip details page”.
