Access to Partner Portal is invitation-based. This means a user needs to get invited by either Karhoo Operations Team or a fellow team member who was invited before and has administrative permissions to invite new members.
Once the invitation is created for an email address, a user will receive an email with the details describing which organization they were invited to as well as the scope of access (you can read more about roles here).
To proceed with the account creation, both first and last names need to be filled in.Accepting the invitation is as easy as clicking on the Accept Invitation button visible at the bottom of the invite email. It will open a new browser tab with an account creation form.
Providing a phone number is optional (it may be particularly useful for contacting the user when Karhoo Booking Services are in use).
It is also possible to adjust the user's preferred language used throughout the Partner Portal.
Once all required fields are filled, the Register button should be clicked to finalize the account registration process. The user should now be auto-signed in and redirected to the Partner Portal homepage.
